1. Cancellation Charges
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, 100% cancellation charges will apply for any cancellation, irrespective of the reason. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for illness, travel delays, or any other unforeseen situations.
2. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, 100% cancellation fees will be charged. No refunds will be provided in case of a no-show.
3. Booking Amendment
Any request to amend the booking for future dates will be considered at the sole discretion of Aloha Holiday Resort. Please note that such amendments are not guaranteed, and the resort reserves the right to decline such requests based on availability or other factors.
4. Important Notice
By confirming your booking and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy. We strongly advise you to thoroughly review the terms before making any payment, as no exceptions will be made.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings All bookings made at Aloha Holiday Resort are non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs under any circumstances.
2. No Cancellations or Modifications
Since this is a non-refundable booking, cancellations, modifications, or changes to the reservation are not allowed. Once the booking is confirmed, it is final, and 100% of the payment will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. No-Show Policy
